Mint one xReserve deposit into the account's own Party
Mints one attested xReserve deposit, listed by the deposit read, into a USDCx holding of the account’s own Party. The owner’s passkey signs the mint: the first call answers signature_required with a challenge, and the same call sent again with the owner’s approval completes it. A retry of the same attestation repeats the same signed mint and never mints twice. Only the owner’s passkey session can call it.
