Cancel every open CCXT order of one symbol
Translates CCXT cancelAllOrders for one required symbol; there is no account-wide form. It reads the account’s open orders on that market once, up to 500. When more are open it answers HTTP 409 InvalidOrder (code command_rejected, not retryable) before cancelling anything; cancel them by id with cancelOrders instead. It then cancels each order through the single-order cancellation, oldest first, and returns one indexed row per order: canceled, refused on its own (for example OrderNotFound when it filled meanwhile), or attempted=false after the first operational failure or the 5-second time budget stopped the drain. Accepted cancellations stay committed. One Idempotency-Key never cancels one order twice; a retry reads the open set again, so it also cancels orders placed after the first attempt.
