Edel Stocks provides the instruments. Edel Markets provides perpetual futures trading. The planned Margin Layer would allow eligible stock holdings to support a trading position while retaining the stock-token exposure.

Our mission is to empower humanity through access to the global financial system without borders. Our goal is to make real-world asset exposure useful across connected financial applications: something a holder can trade, transfer and, where accepted, use as collateral.

The starting point is stock and ETF exposure on Canton. Broader global equity and small-cap coverage remains part of the product plan, subject to development and access rules.

We want to make investment holdings useful across more financial activities. Connecting issuance, collateral and trading on-chain is the foundation of our prime-brokerage vision.

The first planned use case is eligible Edel Stocks supporting perpetual futures on Markets, with defined valuation, margin and liquidation rules. The scope is this connected collateral and trading experience, rather than the full range of services offered by a traditional prime broker. Explore the planned Margin Layer.

Compatible wallets and applications extend how an asset can be held, transferred and traded. Each use remains governed by the instrument’s terms and applicable sanctions and jurisdictional restrictions. Primary issuance and redemption also require separate approval.
