Supply and distribution
EDEL’s supply limit, network representations and distribution information.
Supply and network data
EDEL has a supply limit of 1,000,000,000 units, as set out in the EDEL MiCAR disclosure. Base is the canonical public network, where the EDEL contract uses 18 decimals.
The supply limit differs from circulating supply. Cross-network circulation must account for token balances, bridge reserves and exchange holdings without counting the same exposure twice.
| Field | Value or scope |
|---|---|
| Supply limit | 1,000,000,000 EDEL, as defined in the MiCAR disclosure. |
| Canonical public network | Base. |
| Canonical contract decimals | 18. |
| Additional public networks | Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain and Solana. |
| Circulating supply | A reconciled cross-network figure is not provided in these docs. |
| EDELx supply | Separate from EDEL supply. |
Understanding cross-network supply
EDEL is represented on several public networks. Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain balances represent EDEL rather than additional supply. Adding displayed balances across networks can double-count tokens.
Cross-network circulation must account for each representation and transfer mechanism. EDELx is a separate asset with a separate supply.
Distribution and vesting
Allocation and vesting details are not yet published as a complete schedule. These include the investor, team, treasury and reward allocations and their release dates.
The supply limit alone does not indicate how tokens are distributed, how much is circulating or when tokens may become available.
Supply and market value
EDEL’s market value is determined by supply and demand and may be volatile. There is no value-protection or stabilisation mechanism. Planned buybacks do not establish a price floor or a holder entitlement.
