Introduction

Welcome to Edel

Building towards global financial access and a connected on-chain ecosystem.

Global Access. Assets That Can Do More.

Edel's mission is to empower humanity through access to the global financial system without borders. Tokenisation brings real-world assets on-chain. A connected DeFi ecosystem lets those assets move between applications and become useful in more ways.

Edel Stocks + Edel Markets = the On-Chain Margin Layer.

Edel Stocks brings stock issuance; Edel Markets brings planned perpetual futures trading. The ambition is to use eligible tokenised stocks as margin to trade perps, connecting equity exposure with trading capacity on Canton. This is the foundation of Edel's vision for on-chain prime brokerage.

Start with The Edel Vision, then explore the On-Chain Margin Layer and Economic Model. The combined margin capability is planned; the live Stocks product is described below.

Available Today: Edel Stocks

Edel Stocks provide on-chain economic exposure to publicly traded stocks and ETFs through the Canton Network. Each token is a contractual debt instrument issued by Titan Labs Limited, which maintains 1:1 economic backing for tokens in circulation.

The current product documentation explains backing, access, pricing and total return. The broader vision describes where we intend to take the ecosystem.

Live on Cantex Exchange

SPYe and QQQe are already live and trading on Cantex Exchange, providing exposure to SPY and QQQ respectively.

Retail users can trade on supported secondary markets, subject to applicable legal, sanctions and jurisdictional restrictions. Primary issuance and redemption remain restricted to approved participants.

Native to Canton

Edel Stocks are issued as native assets on Canton. They are designed to be transferable and usable across compatible Canton wallets, exchanges and applications.

Edel Stocks provide economic exposure. Holding a token does not confer direct ownership of the underlying shares or statutory shareholder rights.
