Charts and history
Select a price series, understand its data mode and inspect older candles.
Select Index or Trade
Use Series in the chart toolbar to choose Index or Trade. Index shows the underlying reference-price series. Trade shows executions on Edel. A quiet or untraded market can have index history without trade candles.
The current chart starts with Index. Mark candles are not currently served in this interface. A mark price shown elsewhere in the terminal does not mean a mark candle series is available. See price definitions.

Drag to pan, or use arrow keys when the diagram is focused. Use plus and minus to zoom, and zero to fit. On a touch screen, pinch to zoom.
Charts combine a selected price series with the available history and live updates for that scope. The terminal offers Index and Trade series with 1m, 5m, 15m and 1h interval choices.
Live Index charts. One-minute Index updates form the base series for supported live intervals. Earlier history can be loaded into the same selected market and series.
Historical Trade charts. Trade candles show recorded Edel executions. Read the Historical label when the selected scope is not receiving live candles. An online market-data connection does not make a historical chart live.
Coverage stays visible. Missing history and source gaps remain marked. Mark candles are not currently available in this interface.
See chart data integration for supported scopes and history requests.
Choose an interval and read the data mode
Choose 1m, 5m, 15m or 1h in the interval menu. Each candle shows open, high, low and close for that interval, with volume where available.
The listed Index intervals receive live updates derived from one-minute Index candles. Trade charts display history loaded on request. Check the Live or Historical label before using the latest candle to assess current conditions; a connected market feed does not make a historical chart live.
The candle interval controls the chart’s time scale. Funding follows its own market schedule.
Understand gaps and unavailable data
The chart can report source gaps, missing history, or a stale connection. A gap is missing source data, not evidence that the market stayed at one price. Do not infer a continuous executable price path through it.
When the chart is stale or reconnecting, compare its status with the market and account indicators and wait for recovery. If history remains unavailable, record the market, series, interval, and approximate time range for Support.
