Portfolio and history

Separate live exposure from recorded activity, rankings and affiliate information.

Read the account-wide summary

Open Portfolio after connecting your account. The top summary shows Account Equity, Available for Orders, Cash Balance, and Open Positions. Read the asset and account-status banner alongside these values.

Positions lists exposure across markets, including size, entry, mark, unrealized PNL, liquidation information, and margin state where supplied. Open Orders lists remaining and original quantities with order status. Use Trade → Positions to close and Trade → Open Orders to cancel.

A loaded page can retain previous values while refreshing. Read the banner before treating the data as current.

Choose the record you need

The account tabs answer different questions. An empty, successfully loaded view is different from a view that failed to load.

TabUse it to inspect
PositionsCurrent exposure and available valuation and risk details.
Open OrdersOrders with a remaining resting quantity.
FillsIndividual executions, liquidity role, fees, and available realized PNL.
Order HistorySubmitted order lifecycles, including terminal results.
Position HistoryPosition episodes, opening and closing details, realized PNL, fees, and funding.
TransfersThe recorded history of deposits and withdrawals.

Separate live account state from history freshness

Positions and balances require a current account snapshot. History is a separately refreshed view of recorded activity and can trail the live account. Refreshing Fills or Transfers does not establish that the balance and open positions have recovered after a disconnect.

Updated describes the selected history snapshot. Catching up means records may be incomplete. Stale means the history view is behind recent activity. Needs review means records could not be reconciled. Unavailable can leave previously loaded records visible.

Check the selected tab’s timestamp and status as well as the account banner. Never interpret a new history timestamp as proof that trading is ready.

Investigate an apparently missing record

First confirm the signed-in account and selected tab. Refresh the view and read any notice about truncation or additional history. The visible row count can describe only the loaded page; it is not necessarily your total lifetime activity.

After a recent order, inspect both its lifecycle and Fills: an order can be partly filled and then cancelled. After a withdrawal, open its current detail in Withdraw; transfer history alone cannot tell you whether payout acceptance is due.

If a record remains missing or inconsistent, contact Support with the action, environment, approximate time, and displayed status. Do not repeat a trade or transfer to repair a history display.

Understand what determines rank

The leaderboard ranks accounts by realized PNL recorded for the selected period. Rankings reflect closed trading activity; unrealized gains on open positions do not count.

Rank and score show the published result. Realized PNL, fees, funding, closed notional and fill count provide context for that result. Check the snapshot time when comparing recent activity.

Rankings describe historical performance, not final settlement, future returns or account safety.

Check the period and units

Choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or All time and read the displayed dates. Daily, weekly, and monthly boundaries use UTC. Changing the board period does not change your current account balances.

The current board displays exact integer amounts called atoms because it does not yet provide a currency and decimal scale for conversion. These are not dollar amounts or percentages. Do not compare the raw integers directly with formatted account balances.

A minus sign denotes a negative published value. See the glossary.

Understand public trader identities

The leaderboard identifies traders by public pseudonyms rather than real names or private account identifiers. Your personal rank is currently unavailable when the account view has no confirmed link to that public handle. This does not mean your account is unranked.

Devnet can label automated accounts Bot. The intended Mainnet ranking policy excludes bot accounts; Mainnet is not yet available. Published rankings exclude zero-volume accounts. Edel Markets is currently on Devnet, with Testnet and Mainnet coming soon.

Refresh and explore the published snapshot

Data as of tells you when the board snapshot was produced. Refresh loads the current board. Loading more ranks stays on the same board version so pages can be compared consistently. If the version changes while paging, refresh and start from one current snapshot.

Open Score distribution, where supplied, to inspect score ranges, percentile boundaries, and account counts for the board. These are population statistics, not your personal percentile.

A board with no ranked activity is different from a missing or stale board. If the snapshot is unavailable, check the displayed error before concluding that there are no ranked accounts. The loaded row count need not equal the total participant count.

Create an affiliate profile where enabled

Open Account while signed in. The affiliate panel first checks whether the program is enabled in the current environment. If it is paused or its policy cannot be loaded, profile and earnings actions may be unavailable.

Where enabled, select Create affiliate profile. Edel issues a stable referral code for the authenticated account. Repeating registration returns the same profile; custom codes are not offered.

After registration, select Copy referral link. The link applies during a new account registration. Existing accounts cannot be attributed retroactively. A referral link is not proof of a reward amount or a future payout.

Read settled affiliate earnings

Settled affiliate earnings lists completed periods paid to the account. A registered profile with no settled periods differs from an account that is not registered. Use Refresh account and any available pagination controls to inspect the current records.

Amounts are shown in atoms alongside the recorded fee asset because the earnings record does not supply a decimal scale. Do not interpret the raw amount as a formatted currency balance. A shortfall acknowledgement is shown separately when present.

The current Account page does not provide a reward-claim action or publish a universal reward rate. If the earnings view changes while loading, refresh it to obtain one consistent set of records.

Read verification policy and status

The Verification panel shows whether verification is currently required and whether the account is not started, skipped, or verified. Skipped means an optional check was skipped; it never means verified.

When verification is optional and the account has not made a choice, Skip optional verification can be offered with confirmation. If policy becomes required, an unverified account can be blocked from new order placement even if it previously skipped.

Identity-document upload is not currently available in this interface. If verification is required, use the Support link shown. Do not upload identity documents to an unofficial form.

Handle unavailable account services

Select Refresh account to reload policy, verification status, and enabled affiliate services. A paused program, an unavailable policy, and an empty earnings list are different states. Read the exact message before trying registration again.

If verification policy cannot be confirmed, new orders can be blocked until the requirement is known. Browsing prices or seeing a successful preview does not override that requirement.

For persistent errors, contact Support with the environment and visible policy or error message. These account services do not replace secure sign-in and passkey setup.

Check coverage and freshness

Live account streams update supported balances, positions and trading activity. Some history fields and views do not have complete live coverage. Leaderboard, verification and affiliate-profile information can be snapshots, so check the timestamp and status of the view you are using.

The public leaderboard has its own update time and uses pseudonymous handles. It is not a complete account history or a settlement record. Where a value is shown in raw atoms, use it in those units unless the asset and decimal scale are supplied.

Account data for integrations

The account overview combines cash, equity, available-for-orders and exposure, but those values have different source channels. Available fields can differ by channel and environment. Use the payload’s checkpoint, sequence and status together with the view’s freshness indicator; a live connection does not establish complete historical coverage.

Financial amounts cross the wire as integer atom strings. With a six-decimal asset, 333540000 atoms represents 333.54 units; that conversion is correct only when the asset metadata establishes the six-decimal scale. Keep the exact integer for calculations and apply formatting at the display boundary. Never infer the decimal scale from a ticker symbol alone.
